Morality Play, a musical adaptation of the Barry Unsworth novel of that name is under development by Midwest New Musicals, Chicago. It had its first fully rehearsed and sung public reading in March 2012, on an NEA grant, and under the auspices of the Light Opera Works in Evanston, IL.


 
Medea with Child
It's an old, old story: Daddy falls in love with a younger woman, and Mom says it's okay, but then she murders the woman and her father and the kids…

Parts of Speech was given readings with Jane Alexander in the leading role, in a staging by Edwin Sherin, at the Florida State University Conradi Theatre, 2004; at the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre, 2007, directed by Ellen Jones; and at Chicago Dramatists, 2008.

Division of Property, winner of the 2001 Arts & Letters Prize (chosen by Lanford Wilson), produced at Milledgeville, GA, April 2002, published in the Spring 2002 issue of Arts & Letters. Produced for the Imago One-Act Festival at the Stella Adler Academy and Theatre, Los Angeles, summer 2002.
